Join us as the Department of Physical Therapy, UI Health & the University of Illinois College of Applied Health Science offer complimentary physical therapy screenings at the 55th & Pulaski Health Collaborative. Take advantage of free health evaluations, including pain, falls risk, mobility and posture, blood pressure, memory/dementia, and body mass index.
